Lace Blouse

I don't know why, but I've been feeling the pants vibe as of late. So, I paired some treggings (why are they called that!?) with a lace blouse and my trusty ponte knit blazer. I love ponte knit, it has such better structure and feel than jersey, and has a lot more movement than straight polyester. Very easy to pair with a variety of other fabrics and washes beautifully.

I also got a hair cut and I'm feelin' fancy for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, which we're celebrating by either getting Chinese, Ethiopian or possibly Indian food. It's our first Thanksgiving in the house, so it will be nice and quite, but we'll also be prepping the house/food to host Friendsgiving on Friday. Can't wait for the carb fest! Hehehe!

Thank you for reading and Happy Thanksgiving to my US readers!
XOXO-Meagan Kyla

  5. Very cool blouse! The just-past-the-elbow length sleeves really jumped out at me. I love the length, as I find it works quite well all year round, albeit perhaps with a blazer or cardi in the chilliest of months.

    Joyful Thanksgiving wishes,
    ♥ Jessica

    1. I agree! This blouse is great when a 3/4 lenth t-shirt is added underneath. When we live in cold weather, we master the art of layering. Hehehe!
