Dr. D's Tattoo Undertakings

Dr. D is my husband Derek's nickname. Though he's not a doctor in real life, it is pretty rad that his client's will say things like, "I've got to go see the doctor"...when they are referring to their tattoo appointment's.

Derek's artwork never ceases to amaze me. Whether it's his drawings on a t-shirt or inked into skin, he is one talented man! Yes, a wife is allowed to gush over her husband (on her blog) every once in a while. Hehehe!

Thank you for reading!

  1. I'm assuming a bit of his work is on your own skin. That's actually very romantic :D

    2. I was thinking you had dyed it white! But I can see that the shave side is blonde now that I look closely.

  6. Love your outfit, that skirt is gorgeous! I love that your husband did most of your tattoos :) It really is quite romantic as another commenter pointed out!

Just wondering, I'm playing around with toners at the moment to maintain my platinum hair can I ask what you use on your hair to keep the colour so fresh looking? :)

    1. I use a purple shampoo and blonde preserving conditioner. I find leaving the shampoo on for 3 to 5 minutes help to tone and keep brassiness away.
